1 Medifast Oatmeal Packet
½ teaspoon of baking powder
2 Tablespoons egg whites
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 “shake” of Molly McButter
1 “shake” of ground cinnamon
½ cup of cold water
- Whisk the above ingredients together and let sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat a Pam spayed waffle iron (I used a Belgium Waffle Iron).
- Pour batter and cook for approximately 6-7 minutes. Carefully lift each section and flip over and cook an additional 5 minutes – or until crispy.
- Top with a few sprays of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray and Walden Farms Sugar Free Maple Syrup.
